Eligibility Requirements

Employment or Self-Employment:
  • Remote job with a contract of at least one year, OR
  • Freelancer/self-employed professional with non-Italian clients for at least six months.
Minimum Annual Income:
  • €28,000 for employees
  • €24,800 for self-employed individuals
Additional amounts for dependents:
  • Spouse: €780/month
  • Each child: €130/month
Education or Work Experience:
  • University degree (minimum 3 years) from an accredited institution, OR
  • Industry accreditation or license, OR
  • 5 years of relevant work experience if no university degree.
Proof of Remote Work Capability:
  • Highly skilled professional with the necessary technological tools to work remotely.
  • Existing employment contract or binding job offer (for employees).
  • Employer affidavit stating no past convictions of immigration crimes in the last five years.
Proof of accommodation (one of the following):
  • Certified property purchase contract (title deed)
  • Registered lease agreement
  • Property gift transfer
  • Life interest agreement
Private health insurance with minimum coverage of €30,000 across the EU for the entire stay.
